THE LITTLE WHITE CAT COLLAR WITH CRYSTALS FROM SWAROVSKI®

Kanso™ cat collars are cut from a piece of incredibly soft Japanese Ultrasuede®, the holy grail of washable, wearable materials that will withstand the test of time without fading or tearing. Ultrasuede® is an heirloom quality fabric that is made to last a lifetime. It looks and feels like suede, but it is far more durable. It is stain resistant and can be machine washed over and over again. 

Our collars are not made from leather, fur or any other animal products, therefore making them vegan-friendly.

Each collar is encrusted with more than 100 crystals from Swarovski®. Our crystals are attached with high pressure hotfix and will not come loose, even after years of washing and wearing. 

All cat collars feature safety elastic that is made to snap if the cat becomes entangled. All collars are weather resistant and suitable for outdoor use.

Our collars are handcrafted in Australia and come with a lifetime warranty. 

All collars are shipped with an engravable ID tag in our signature gift box.

Your cat’s collar should be snug, but not too tight. To calculate the correct size you should measure your cat’s neck and add an extra ¾" (or 2cm). 

When the collar is on your cat, you should be able to slip two fingers comfortably between the collar and your cat's neck. If your cat is in between sizes, please choose the larger size.

It is important that you take the time to measure and fit your cat's collar correctly.

Our collars are lightweight and suitable for cats of all ages and sizes. The weight for each size is listed below.

SMALL: 13 grams (0.46 ounces)
MEDIUM: 15 grams (0.53 ounces)
LARGE: 17 grams (0.60 ounces)

We shop online too, so we know how important it is to have peace of mind that your order can be easily returned and refunded. We will gladly refund your purchase within 90 days from the date of delivery - no questions asked. 

All of our cat collars also come with a lifetime warranty. Additionally, in the event that the safety elastic breaks during a kitty misadventure, we will repair the elastic on your original collar free of charge - for life (conditions apply).

WARRANTY CLAIMS + REPAIRS

Please refer to our Warranty Claims + Repairs page for information on how to lodge a claim.

Due to the durable nature of Ultrasuede®, your Kanso™ collar can be washed time and time again without fading, however it is very important that you follow these care instructions in order to maintain the integrity of the Swarovski® crystals.

Cold hand wash, or
Cold machine wash on gentle cycle in a wash bag

Remove ID tag before washing
Lay flat to dry indoors
Do not dry clean
Do not tumble dry
Do not bleach
Do not use fabric softener
Use a polishing cloth to shine the hardware and Swarovski® crystals

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our cat collars come with a lifetime warranty. 

Our lifetime warranty covers: 

• craftsmanship failure
• material failure
• manufacturing defects

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear or damages caused by accident, including animals biting or chewing on the collar. 

Examples of general wear and tear that are not included:

• surface scratches and marks on the hardware, including bite marks
• loose threads, pulled threads, cuts, bite marks or scratches on the Ultrasuede®
• dirt or stains on the Ultrasuede®
• minor fading of the Ultrasuede® over time
• minor loss of lustre or minor tarnishing of the hardware over time

Examples of accidents that are not included:

• animals biting or chewing on the collar or hardware
• staining of the Ultrasuede®
• fading of the Ultrasuede® caused by bleach or stain-removing chemicals
• shrinking of the Ultrasuede® or the Swarovski® crystals coming loose because the collar has been put in a tumble dryer

Examples of defects that are included:

• hardware failure - eg, buckles, rivets or eyelets 
• major fading of the Ultrasuede® (but not including damage caused by bleach or stain-removing chemicals)
• failure of the Swarovski® crystals, including the hotfix glue (but not including collars that have been put in a tumble dryer)
• safety elastic snapping

WARRANTY CLAIMS

In the event of a warranty claim being approved, we will:

• attempt to repair your collar, or
• if the collar cannot be repaired we will send you a replacement collar that is of the same style and colour as your original collar. If the same style or colour is no longer available we will come to an agreement with you regarding your replacement. Warranty claims cannot be lodged for a monetary refund.

SAFETY ELASTIC REPAIRS

Additionally, in the event that the safety elastic breaks during a kitty misadventure, we will repair the elastic on your original collar free of charge – for life. Please send us both parts of your collar (both the buckle piece and Swarovski® piece) for the repair. We are not able to provide a complimentary repair unless both pieces are provided to us. In the event that one of the pieces has been lost, please contact us via email at customercare@kansocollars.com to obtain a quote for purchasing replacement pieces for your collar.

Note: The elastic will not snap during regular cat-like activities, however it is made to snap in the event of a serious incident.

Need it faster? We also offer express shipping. Your express shipping options will be displayed during the check out process, but as a guideline pricing is as follows:

Domestic Express (1-2 business days): $15 AUD
International Express (3-5 business days): $35 AUD

All orders are sent via Australia Post and include a tracking number.  Delivery times are listed below:

Customers are responsible for any Customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot estimate your country's Customs charges.

NON-DELIVERABLE, REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer absence, or the customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact you via email.  All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require a re-shipping charge. The fees charged for re-shipping are:  $10 AUD (domestic orders) and $25 AUD (international orders).
